研究目的：

加速康复理念（Enhanced recovery protocol ERP）能够缩短住院时间，减少并发症，减轻术后应急反应，更好促进病人术后恢复。相关研究表明加速康复外科能促进年轻患者术后康复。我们的目标是系统分析加速康复外科对结直肠老年患者的临床影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Enhanced recovery protocol can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce complications, reduce postoperative response, promote postoperative recovery of patients. The related research shows that accelerated rehabilitation surgery can promote the rehabilitation of young patients. Our goal is to analyze the clinical effects of accelerated rehabilitation surgery system for colorectal old patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）自愿参加本研究，并由本人或者其法定代理人签署知情同意书；
2）年龄70岁及以上，性别不限；
3）经结肠镜活检确诊为结直肠癌患者；
4）限期结直肠癌手术；
5）术前影像学检查无远处转移，结直肠癌能手术切除。

Inclusion criteria

1) volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form by myself or by its legal representative;
2) aged 70 years and above, men and women are not limited;
3) colorectal cancer was diagnosed by colonoscopy biopsy;
4) deadline colorectal cancer surgery;
5) preoperative imaging examination showed no distant metastasis, and colorectal cancer could be surgically removed.

排除标准：

1）年龄小于70岁；
2）心、脑、肺、肝肾等疾病、导致严重器官功能障碍者；
3）影像学证据无法行根治性切除或远处转移；
4）急症手术、姑息性切除、结直肠癌根治失败，需联合脏器切除等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, leading to serious organ dysfunction;
2. radiographic evidence cannot be used for radical resection or distant metastasis;
3. emergency surgery, palliative resection, colorectal cancer failure, combined resection of organs and so on

用SAS软件软件包实现2组等比例随机化，种子数为程序运行日期。SAS统计软件包产生随机数、编号及相应的入组分配方案。并制成总随机分配表。
