观察二胎生育间隔长短是否对产妇盆底恢复有影响  

Objectives of Study：

to observe whether the second birth interval has an effect on maternal peivic floor recovery

纳入标准：

纳入标准: 年满18岁，单胎妊娠，孕36-38周，计划在攀枝花市中心医院分娩，曾分娩一次，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18years old ,single pregnancy,36-38 WeekS,is scheduled to be in Panzhihua municipal central hospital delivery,had delivered once ,signed informed consentment.

排除标准：

排除标准: 盆腔手术史，盆底损伤史，任何流产、死产、早产（未满36周），合并任何严重疾病，参与其他临床研究，任何由于其他原因不适合参加。

Exclusion criteria：

pelvic cavity history surgery,Pelvic floor injury history of any miscarriage,stillbirth,premature birth 36 Weeks,concomitant with any serious illness,participation in other clinical studies,and any inappropriate participation for other reasons.
