研究目的：

（1）探索皮质内抑制和易化水平（GABA和NMDA活动）和Theta 爆发式刺激（TBS）诱导的可塑性之间的关系。 （2）探索皮质内抑制和易化水平（GABA和NMDA活动）和SSRT的关系。 （3）探索SSRT在Theta 爆发式刺激（TBS）前后的变化及SSRT和Theta 爆发式刺激（TBS）诱导的可塑性之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To investigate the relationship between intracortical inhibition or facilitation (level of GABA or NMDA receptor-mediated activity) and plasticity induced by Theta burst stimulation. (2)To investigate the relationship between paired pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation(level of GABA or NMDA receptor-mediated activity) and SSRT. (3)To investigate the changes of SSRT before and after Theta burst stimulation (TBS) and the relationship between SSRT and the plasticity induced by Theta burst stimulation (TBS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）男性或女性；
（2）同意接受iTBS和cTBS干预；
（3）同意并具有学习程序的能力，包括足够的认知理解水平；
（4）年龄18-50岁；
（5）初中及以上文化水平。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Male or female;
(2)Agree to accept the intervention of iTBS and cTBS;
(3)Agree with and have the ability to learn the procedure, including an adequate level of cognitive understanding;
(4)Age 18-50;
(5) Junior high school or above.

排除标准：

（1）童年创伤经历（身体，心理，性虐待）；
（2）符合当前严重抑郁、躁郁症，精神分裂症，任何精神疾病（包括药物诱发的精神疾病）和当前药物诱发的情绪障碍的标准；
（3）患有妄想、痴呆、健忘症、强迫症、创伤后应激障碍、焦虑障碍、任何人格障碍以及认知障碍或分离性障碍；
（4）有严重躯体疾病、心脏病史、心脏起搏器或植入药物泵等；
（5）有严重消极观念和行为；
（6）孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（7）颅内有金属植入物，人工耳蜗，颅内压增高，脑外伤，颅骨不全，脑炎，脑肿瘤；
（8）有任何神经系统疾病，癫痫、帕金森、中风等，有家族癫痫病史，使用抗惊厥药物；
（9）患高血压等心脑血管疾病；
（10）存在脑钙化和脑微出血状况。
（11）肥胖，体重指数>35；
（12）具有睡眠剥夺情况；
（13）验有困难者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Childhood traumatic experiences (physical, psychological, sexual abuse);
(2)Meet the current criteria for major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, any mental illness (including drug-induced mental illness) and current drug-induced mood disorders;
(3)Delusion, dementia, amnesia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, any personality disorder, and cognitive or dissociative disorder;
(4)Have a history of serious physical disease, heart disease, cardiac pacemaker or implanted drug pump, etc.;
(5)Serious negative ideas and behaviors;
(6)Pregnant women and lactating women;
(7)Intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, increased intracranial pressure, brain trauma, skull insufficiency, encephalitis, brain tumor;
(8)Any neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, stroke, etc., family history of epilepsy, and use of anticonvulsants;
(9)Suffer from hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
(10)Cerebral calcification and microhemorrhage were present.
(11)Obesity, body mass index(BMI) >35;
(12)Sleep deprivation.
