研究目的：

评价自体经血干细胞联合富血小板血浆移植治疗宫腔粘连及薄型子宫内膜的效果是否优于单独经血干细胞移植?  

Objectives of Study：

Aim to determine whether autologous transplantation of menstrual blood derived stromal stem cells (MenSCs) combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is better than MenSCs alone in treating Asherman's syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄20-50岁；2）单纯女方子宫内膜损伤导致的不孕；3）前期经过其它治疗如激素人工周期，节育环，阿斯匹林，中药治疗等均无法修复子宫内膜。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 20-50 years;
2. infertility due to asherman's syndrome or thin endometrium of women;
3. failed to regenerate the endometrium in other treatments such as hormonal therapy, intrauterine device, aspirin or traditional chinese medicine.

排除标准：

1）泌尿生殖系统急性感染者；2）合并其它生殖系统疾病包括子宫肌瘤，子宫腺肌症，输卵管积水等或不适合妊娠的身体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. acute urogenital infection;
2. combined with other genital disease ingcluding hysteromyoma, adenomyosis, hydrosalpinx or body disease that could not bear pregnancy.
