研究目的:

本研究拟通过临床回顾性分析及前瞻性研究分析无心血管疾病史的T2DM人群左心室结构及功能在APOE,SPP1以及VDR不同基因表型亚组之间的差异,揭示APOE,SPP1以及VDR基因多态性对糖尿病心肌病发生及进展的影响差异, 为早期发现糖尿病心肌病变的易感人群,有效控制高危因素,延缓糖尿病心肌病的发生及发展,从而降低T2DM人群出现心力衰竭的风险,改善其生活质量。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to analyze the differences of left ventricular structure and function among different gene phenotypic subgroups of APOE,SPP1 and VDR in T2DM patients with no history of cardiovascular disease through clinical retrospective analysis and prospective study. To reveal the differences in the influence of APOE,SPP1 and VDR gene polymorphisms on the occurrence and progression of diabetic cardiomyopathy, so as to effectively control the high risk factors for the early detection of diabetic cardiomyopathy in the susceptible population, delay the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and thereby reduce the risk of heart failure in T2DM population and improve their quality of life.

纳入标准:

纳入标准:①符合1997年WHO糖尿病诊断标准的T2DM患者;②年龄18岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ①T2DM patients that met the WHO diabetes diagnostic criteria in 1997; ② Over 18 years old.

排除标准:

排除标准:①有明确心血管疾病史的患者,包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,心肌梗死,心脏支架植入、心脏起搏器植入、瓣膜性心脏病,先天性心脏病,病毒感染或者家族性或浸润性心肌病; ②恶性肿瘤接受放化疗治疗的患者;③严重肝肾功能损伤;④怀孕以及拒绝参加的人群。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with a clear history of cardiovascular disease, including coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial infarction, cardiac stent implantation, pacemaker implantation, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, viral infection, or familial or invasive cardiomyopathy; ② patients with malignant tumors receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy; ③ severe liver and kidney function injury; ④ Pregnant people and those who refused to participate.
