研究目的：

1.构建老年2型糖尿病患者抗阻运动依从性提升方案； 2.验证干预方案在提升老年2型糖尿病患者抗阻运动依从性中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a scheme to improve compliance of resistance training for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. To verify the effectiveness of the intervention scheme of improving resistance training compliance for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合WHO的糖尿病诊断标准（1999版），均为2型糖尿病的患者；
2. 年龄60-80岁；
3. 同意参与本研究者；
4. 意识清楚，能正常沟通交流。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes (1999 ) and are diagnosed as type 2 diabetes patients;
2. Aged between 60 and 80 years old;
3. Agreed to participate in the study;
4. Aware and able to communicate normally.

排除标准：

1. 有严重骨骼和肌肉系统、神经系统疾病患者；
2. 伴有严重心、肝、肾、肺等并发症或心脑血管疾病或脏器功能严重损害者；
3. 合并精神病患者，认知功能受损者或无法配合的患者；
4. 伴有恶性肿瘤患者；
5. 近半年有规律抗阻运动史（如每周 >= 3次的规律负重运动）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe skeletal and muscular system diseases and nervous system diseases
2. Patients with serious complications of heart, liver, kidney and lung, with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or with severe impairment of organ functions;
3. patients complicated mental disease or with impaired cognitive function and unable to cooperate;
4. Patients with malignant tumors;
5. Patient has regular resistance training history in recent six months (such as regular weight-bearing exercise >= 3 times a week).

采用整群随机分组方法，按照随机数字表法，以1:1的比例将居委分随机为2组，即对照组、干预组。将编号装入不透光的牛皮纸信封中，放人密闭的纸箱内，混匀后由社区工作人员代表现场抽取。分组的数字1为对照组，2为干预组。

Using the cluster randomization method. According to the random number table method, the residents were randomly divided into 2 groups at a ratio of 1:1, namely the control group and the intervention group. Put the number into an opaque kraft paper envelope.Put it into a sealed carton.And then mix it.
