研究目的：

1.评价金领冠珍护婴儿配方奶粉是否符合0-6月龄足月儿的营养需求； 2.评价与普通奶粉相比，金领冠珍护婴儿配方奶粉在改善大便硬度、促进婴儿对其中营养成分的吸收、调节免疫、并改善婴儿容易上火的状况等方面效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate if PRO-KIDO I-PROTECH INFANT FORMULA satisfies the nutritional demand of term infants between 0 to 6 months old; 2. To assess the effect of PRO-KIDO I-PROTECH INFANT FORMULA on improving stool hardness, facilitating nutrients absorption, regulating immune function compared with common infant formula.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.足月儿：孕周≥37周
2.出生体重：2.5kg-4kg
3.母亲身体健康，未患有不适合哺育母乳的疾病，如：乳腺炎，结核，癌症，严重心脏、肾脏或肝脏疾病，乙肝等
4.正常妊娠、分娩的婴儿（包括剖宫产）
5.身体健康，出生后5-10分钟后的Apgar评分＞7分
6.母乳组：婴儿出生后母乳充足，母亲愿意基本母乳喂养到满6月龄
7.奶粉组：无法实施母乳喂养，决定采用婴儿配方奶粉喂养。其中无法实施母乳喂养的判定方法为：专业医生根据调查婴儿母亲在筛查调查表中的填写结果，及下述判定标准进行判定：1-15日龄婴儿配方奶粉喂养量≥250ml/d，开始喂养后奶粉喂养大于80%以上者。
8.年龄：＜15天

Inclusion criteria

1. Term infants gestational weeks≥37 weeks;
2. Birth weight 2.5kg-4kg;
3. Infants whose mother is healthy and doesn't have any diseases that are not suitable for breastfeeding, such as mastitis, tuberculosis, cancer, severe heart diseases, kidney diseases or liver diseases, hepatitis B etc;
4. Infants who are born via a normal delivery and pregnancy, inlcuding a caesarean delivery;
5. Infants who are healthy and Apgar score ＞7 within 5-10 minutes after birth;
6. Group of breastfeeding:Infants whose mother has adequate breast milk and is willing to adopt dominant breastfeeding until the infant to 6 months old;
7. Group of infant formula:Infants whose mother is unable to adopt breastfeeding and decides to feed infants with infant formula.The judgement method of mother being unable to adopt breastfeeding is that professional doctors make a judgement according to the screening questionaire the mother filled out and the following judgement standards: Infant formula fed to infants is above or equal to 250ml every day from the first day to the 15th day after birth and is required to occupy above or equal to 80% of total amount of diet after inclusion;
7. Age ＜15 days.

排除标准：

1.出生时检测到先天性畸形或染色体病且具有临床意义者
2.出生后一周内患有疾病需要机械换气或药物治疗者（不包括蓝光治疗的婴儿期黄疸患者）
3.任何因可疑或未知的代谢性因素或因机体缺陷影响喂养或代谢者
4.双生子或多胞胎
5.奶粉喂养组在试喂养期间（实验正式开始前7天），在医生的判定下，出现因牛奶蛋白引起的过敏、不耐受（如湿疹、胃肠道不适等）等症状者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants who are detected with congenital malformation or chromosomal disorders both of which are clinically significant at birth;
2. Infants who have diseases so that need mechanical ventilation or pharmacotherapy within 7 days after birth(not including infants who recieve blue light therapy because of infant jaundice);
3. Infants whose feeding or metbolism have been effected by suspicious or unknown metabolic factors or body defects.
4. Twins or multifetal gestations;
5. Infants who develop symptoms of allergy or intolerance induced by milk protein according to the doctor's judgement during the period of pre-feeding (7 days before the formal trial begins ), such as eczem, gastrointestinal discomfort etc.
