研究目的：

本项目拟通过将传统康复联合冲击波治疗对前交叉韧带重建术后的患者进行康复锻炼，与单纯接受传统康复手段的患者进行康复疗效对比，来研究分析冲击波对于前交叉韧带重建术后康复的疗效，以期达到指导康复的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to study and analyze the effect of shock wave on the rehabilitation of patients after ACL reconstruction by comparing traditional rehabilitation combined with shock wave therapy on patients after ACL reconstruction and comparing the rehabilitation effects of patients with traditional rehabilitation methods. , In order to achieve the purpose of guiding rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）前交叉韧带损伤且需要行前交叉韧带重建的的患者
（2）无合并骨折、血管、神经损伤等其它损伤
（3）无合并其它部位损伤

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
(2) No complicated fracture, blood vessel, nerve injury and other injuries
(3) No combined damage to other parts

排除标准：

（1）存在认知障碍不能配合康复锻炼者
（2）合并严重心脑血管疾病等
（3）使用人工韧带重建者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate with rehabilitation exercises
(2) Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.
(3) Those who use artificial ligament reconstruction
