研究目的：

慢加急性肝功能衰竭是在慢性肝病基础上，由各种诱因引起以急性黄疸加深、凝血功能障碍为肝衰竭表现的综合征，本研究探讨血小板及血小板生成素TPO在HBV-ACLF中的作用及通过TPO提升血小板水平对HBV-ACLF预后的影响，为开辟慢加急性肝衰竭的新的治疗途径提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of chronic liver disease, acute on chronic liver failure is a syndrome characterized by acute jaundice deepening and coagulation dysfunction. This study was to investigate the role of platelet and thrombopoietin TPO in HBV-ACLF and the effect of improving platelet on the prognosis ofHBV-ACLF,to provide a new treatment of acute on chronic liver failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合HBV-ACLF诊断标准的18-60岁患者；
2.入院时血小板计数低于正常的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years, patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of HBV-ACLF;
2. Patients with platelet count lower than normal on admission.

排除标准：

1. 合并自身免疫肝炎；
2. 合并丙型肝炎病毒感染或HIV或其他呼吸道病毒感染的患者；
3. 合并肝恶性肿瘤；
4. 治疗前应用免疫抑制剂；
5. 治疗期间输注血小板或应用提升血小板药物；
6. 治疗期间消化道出血。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with autoimmune hepatitis;
2. Patients with hepatitis C virus infection or HIV or other respiratory virus infections;
3. Complete liver malignant tumors;
4. Apply an immunosuppressive agent before treatment;
5. Infusion of platelets or application to increase platelet drugs during treatment;
6. Digestive hemorrhage during treatment.
