研究目的：

颌面颈深部间隙感染早期症状不明显等原因，导致切开引流的不充分，手术切口不精确或者损伤周围重要解剖结构。本实验利用基于CT的外科导航技术帮助术者行常规的间隙感染切开引流术后，用导航验证脓腔边界是否完全到达，辅助治疗颌面颈深部间隙感染。  

Objectives of Study：

Early symptoms of maxillofacial and neck deep space infection are not obvious, leading to inadequate incision and drainage, inaccurate surgical incision or damage to the surrounding important anatomical structure.In this study, CT-based surgical navigation technology will be used to help the surgeons to verify whether the abscess cavity boundary was completely reached after routine incision and drainage for space infection.

纳入标准：

1）临床诊断有一个或多个颌面颈深部间隙感染（颞深间隙、颞下间隙、咽旁间隙、咽后间隙、翼颌间隙、气管旁间隙、气管后间隙）且需行切开引流术2）年龄18 ~ 70岁3）知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1) Clinically diagnosed with at least one maxillofacial neck deep space infections (deep temporal space, subtemporal space, parapharyngeal space, retropharyngeal space, pterygnathic space, paratracheal space, retrotracheal space) and requiring incision and drainage; 2) aged from 18 to 70; 3) informed consent

排除标准：

1）有糖尿病等导致免疫力低下的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1) diagnosed with diseases that lead to low immunity such as diabetes
