研究目的：

分析陆军军大学第一附属医院运动医学中心既往跟腱止点腱病患者临床资料和新入院需要手术患者术中清理的病变组织进行细胞学、组织学分析，探讨其发病机制，为跟腱止点腱病预防和治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical data of previous Achilles tendon tendinopathy patients in the Sports Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Military University and the cytological and histological analysis of the pathological tissues of newly admitted patients requiring surgery were conducted to explore the pathogenesis and provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Achilles tendon tendinopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为跟腱止点腱病（包括跟腱止点异位骨化，跟腱止点钙化，跟腱止点炎，Haglund综合征等），需要入院手术进行跟腱止点清理的患者
（2）跟腱止点腱病合并跟腱断裂，需要手术治疗的患者
（3）自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients clinically diagnosed with Achilles insertion tendinopathy (including ectopic ossification of Achilles insertion, calcification of Achilles insertion, Achilles insertion inflammation, Haglund syndrome, etc.) who need to be hospitalized for removal of Achilles insertion
(2) Patients with Achilles tendon insertion tendinopathy complicated with Achilles tendon rupture requiring surgical treatment
(3) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）合并痛风、类风湿性关节炎等疾病的患者；
（2）合并跟腱周围感染的患者
（3）有任何更复杂的医疗问题，可能干扰研究行为或导致风险增加，如恶性肿瘤、血液疾病、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with gout, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases;
(2) Patients with peripheral Achilles tendon infection
(3) Any more complex medical problems that may interfere with the conduct of the study or lead to increased risk, such as malignant tumors, blood diseases, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc
