研究目的：

探讨超声评估全麻诱导期不同头颈部体位是否能减少腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者胃内进气  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether ultrasound evaluation of different head and neck positions during general anesthesia induction period can reduce gastric intake in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期拟行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者，ASA分级I～III级，年龄18～65周岁，18≤BMI≤30。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy;
2. Patients with ASA grade I-III;
3. Patients aged 18-65 years old;
4. 18 <= BMI <= 30.

排除标准：

严重的呼吸循环系统疾病：如严重的冠心病、慢阻肺等；患者旋头、伸颈受限；患有胃食管反流疾病；饱胃患者；已知存在睡眠呼吸暂停、存在困难气道需清醒插管者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with history of severe respiratory and circulatory diseases
2.patients with limited head rotation or neck extension,
3.with gastro-oesophageal reflux, a full stomach,
4.patients requiring awake intubation
5.patients sleep apnoea
