研究目的：

探讨构建的养老机构护理员认知症照护培训课程的有效性，以期提高护理员的认知症照护知识和技能，改善其对认知症患者的态度，提升其照顾能力。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of dementia training courses for nursing staffs in nursing homes, in order to improve their knowledge and skills about dementia, improve their attitude towards patients with dementia, and enhance their caring ability.

纳入标准：

①正在养老机构/护理院/家政公司任职或计划从事养老护理员工作;
②对认知症照护感兴趣

Inclusion criteria

1. Working in a nursing home/nursing home/housekeeping company or planning to work as a nursing staff;
2. Interested in dementia.

排除标准：

①从事与认知症相关的专业医疗工作人员（如医生、护士）；
②家庭照顾者（认知症患者的亲属，如配偶、子女等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Professional staffs(such as doctors, nurses)engaged in dementia and related disease;
2. Family caregivers (relatives of people with dementia, such as spouses, children,etc.)
