探索体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像（IVIM-DWI）技术早期评价结肠癌肝转移治疗效果的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was performed to explore the value of intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging (IVIM-DWI) in early assessment of colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理证实的结肠或直肠腺癌，伴有不可切除的肝转移，且预计生存时间大于3个月
2.此前没有针对肝转移灶做过任何治疗（包括局部或全身治疗）
3.根据实体肿瘤反应评估标准（RECIST）版本1.1，肝转移灶至少存在一个可测量的病变（直径≥1cm）
4.ECOG PS0-1分
5.有足够的重要脏器功能储备

Inclusion criteria

All patients had pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of colon or rectum, with unresectable liver metastases and an expected survival time of greater than 3 months; no prior treatment (including local or systemic therapy) for liver metastases; presence of at least one measurable lesion (≥ 1 cm in diameter) in liver metastases according to RECIST v1.1; ECOG PS score of 0-1; adequate vital organ reserve.

排除标准：

1.存在磁共振检查禁忌症
2.合并出肝脏以外的远处转移
3.既往恶性肿瘤病史
4.患有严重的心血管疾病，

5: 难以控制的糖尿病、高血压

6: 出血性疾病以及有未愈合的开放性伤口

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with distant metastasis other than liver, previous history of malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, bleeding disorders and unhealed open wounds. This study was approved by the ethics committee of Zhongshan Hospital, Xiamen University（xmzsyyky 2021-173）
