观察医务人员的疲劳状态和患者长时间禁食、焦虑是不是对患者的术后影响，进行相关危险因素分析，确定相关因素，以便于今后的工作中及时调整，确保患者安全。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of the medical staff's fatigue state and the patient's fasting for a long time, the anxiety to the postoperative impact of the patients, to analyze the relevant risk factors and to determine the relevant factors in order to make timely adjustments in the future work to ensure patient safety.

纳入标准：

择期全麻下行腹腔镜胃肠道手术患者，年龄45-75周岁，男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia, aged 45-75 years, male or female.

排除标准：

术前严重心肺功能障碍，神志不清，智力低下者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, confusion, mental retardation.
