研究目的：

通过比较复方嗜酸乳杆菌素片联合四联疗法与单纯四联疗法的幽门螺杆菌根除率及不良反应发生率的差异，观察胃内pH值与Hp根除率之间的关系，探讨益生菌制剂复方嗜酸乳杆菌作为Hp根除治疗辅助方案的临床价值，摸索出抗Hp治疗中胃内最适宜pH值，探索出精准根除Hp的新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the difference of helicobacter pylori eradication rate and adverse reaction rate between compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with quadruple therapy and quadruple therapy alone, and observing the relationship between ph value in stomach and HP eradication rate,to explore the clinical value of probiotics compound lactobacillus acidophilus as an auxiliary plan for HP eradication therapy, to find out the best ph value in the stomach in anti - Hp therapy, and to explore a new method for accurate eradication of Hp.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在重庆市肿瘤医院消化内科就诊的经14C-尿素呼气试验检测其为幽门螺杆菌感染(14C尿素呼气试验阳性)所致的消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎患者；（2）年龄18-70岁；（3）既往未进行过抗Hp治疗；（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori infection (positive 14c urea breath test ) were examined by 14c urea breath test in digestive department of Chongqing cancer hospital;
(2) Aged 18 - 70 years old;
(3) anti - HP treatment has not been performed in the past;
(4) have signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）依从性差，难以随访、复查的患者；（2）无法耐受或未能完成胃镜检查及胃内PH监测仪置入者；（3）入组后患者行胃镜检查发现有消化道占位及活动性出血者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with poor compliance, difficult to follow up and review;
(2) those who can 't stand or finish gastroscopy and ph monitor in stomach;
(3) after admission, Patients with gastrointestinal tract occupation and active bleeding were found by gastroscopy.

本研究采用前期设计的病例记录表收集研究相关数据，基于Excel 2010录入数据并建立分析数据库，采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计处理。
