研究目的：

肺癌发病深在，处于含气肺组织之中，诊疗效果差，危害巨大。以往研究表明，体外作用效果很好的药物或成像探针，活体应用时却主要集中在肝、肾等器官，与肺部目标靶点特异性结合弱。本研究根据肺癌解剖位置和生理特点，利用“可呼吸液体”全氟化碳（PFC）携氧特性和优异的MR成像性能，构建安全、高效、多功能的PFC靶向分子成像探针，提高在体精确分子成像效果和协同诊疗水平，改善肺癌患者诊疗状况。  

Objectives of Study：

Lung cancer locates deeply and within the lung surrounded with gas. It is short of effective diagnosis and corresponding treatments that makes this disease a disaster. Previous studies show that an in-vitro well targeted molecular imaging (MI) probes cannot work well in vivo, often exhibited poor performance for mainly concentrating in liver and kidney. According to the anatomical position and physiological characteristics of lung cancer, this proposal will construct a novel perfluorocarbon (PFC)-based MI probe which delivered by intratracheal tract to boost the detection and treatment efficiency on lung cancer.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁且≤80周岁，男女不限 2.肺癌 3.自愿参加临床研究，并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female aged 18 to 80 years;
2. lung cancer;
3. voluntary participate the clinical research and sign on the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有其它原发恶性肿瘤的患者; 2.有心肝肾严重疾病且功能严重障碍的患者; 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女; 4.有精神或认知障碍影响本研究质量判断者; 5.正在参加其它临床试验者; 6.依从性差或研究者认为有任何不适合入选情况者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with other primary malignancies;
2. Patients with serious diseases and severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney;
3. pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with mental or cognitive impairment which influence the quality of life in this study;
5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
6. Patients with poor compliance or other situations the researchers believe that is not eligible for inclusion.
