研究目的：

通过临床研究，明确电针是否能够减轻神经重症患者的应激性溃疡，改善预后，以及这种作用是否与迷走神经功能和（或）低氧诱导因子-1α调控密切相关。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we determined whether electroacupuncture can alleviate stress ulcer and improve prognosis in patients with severe neurological disease through clinical research. Furthermore, through basic research, we made it clear whether electroacupuncture can promote stress ulcer repair in mice under cold confinement, and whether the regulation of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α mediated by vagus nerve was the key mechanism of electroacupuncture effect

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合以下全部要求者，方可纳入本研究。
①符合中、西医脑出血合并应激性溃疡诊断标准和中医分类标准；
②美国麻醉师协会（American Association of Anesthesia，ASA）分级I～III级；
③年龄18～75岁，性别不限；
④体重指数18Kg/m2＜BMI≤31kg/m2
⑤既往无消化道溃疡病史：
⑥既往无胃肠道手术史；
⑦近期未接受针刺治疗；
⑧患者代理人签署知情同意书自愿接受本治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Those who meet all the following requirements can be included in this study.
① Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with stress ulcer in Chinese and Western medicine and the classification criteria of Chinese medicine
②American Association of Anesthesia (ASA) grade I～III;
③Age from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender;
④Body mass index 18Kg/m2＜BMI≤31kg/m2
⑤ No history of peptic ulcer:
⑥ No history of gastrointestinal surgery;
⑦ Have not received acupuncture treatment recently;
⑧The patient’s agent signed an informed consent form to voluntarily accept this treatment.

排除标准：

符合下列任意一项者，即不纳入本研究。
①心功能衰竭；
②重度呼吸功能不全；
③肝肾功能不全；
④血液系统疾病；
⑤精神疾病；
⑥发病前7d接受激素类药物治疗；
⑦使用阿司匹林等抗凝药物治疗；
⑧妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
⑨经穴局部皮肤感染者；
⑩过敏体质；
?晕针或拒绝接受针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who meet any of the following are not included in this study.
① Heart failure;
② Severe respiratory insufficiency;
③ Liver and kidney dysfunction;
④ Diseases of the blood system;
⑤ Mental illness;
⑥ Receive hormone therapy 7 days before the onset;
⑦ Treatment with anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin;
⑧ Women during pregnancy or lactation;
⑨ Patients with local skin infection at the meridian points;
⑩ Allergic physique;
? Fainted needles or refused to accept acupuncture treatment.

Blinding：

We set up a blind code to prevent patients from having adverse reactions. Random codes and blind codes will be stored in an opaque envelope by a third party independent of the research. The envelope will be sealed and disrupted, and the records will not be released and transferred until after the research is over. Trial investigators, neurosurgeons, neurosurgery care unit doctors, anesthesiologists, outcome assessors, and data analysts are unaware of treatment allocation to minimize potential sources of bias. Only certain researchers know the group assignments of the participants. However, the researcher will not know any other information about the patient.
