研究目的：

主要目的： 1.开发建立肺癌信息综合管理平台，并运用此平台进行高效精准的LUSC患者的临床队列的管理和随访； 2.明确GCN5L1在LUSC发生发展、远处转移及化疗耐药中的作用及机制； 3.探索性观察干预GCN5L1对LUSC的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Develop and establish lung cancer information integrated management platform, and use this platform for efficient and accurate management and follow-up of clinical cohort of LUSC patients; 2. Objective to investigate the role and mechanism of GCN5L1 in the development, distant metastasis and chemoresistance of LUSC; 3. Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of GCN5L1 on LUSC.

纳入标准：

病理确诊为肺鳞癌的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Pathological diagnosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤患者；
2.合并免疫性疾病患者；
3.KPS评分低患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors;
2. Patients with immune diseases;
3. Patients with low KPS score.
