Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of far and close reading on transient myopia in myopic children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1).父母或监护人书面同意
(2).散瞳后验光，近视组：双眼中任何一眼等效球镜为-0.5D至-6.00D；正视组：双眼中任何一眼等效球镜为-0.5D至+0.5D；
(3).双眼中任何一眼最佳矫正视力均大于或等于1.0；
(4).双眼中任何一眼，顺规散光小于1.5D，逆规散光小于0.75 D；
(5).双眼的屈光参差小于1.00D；
(6).出生体重大于1500克；
(7).双眼眼内压正常，双眼无斜视、弱视或其他任何眼球病理性改变；
(8).全身无影响视觉发育或屈光发育的疾病，如糖尿病、纤维组织病变；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Written consent by parents or guardians;
(2) After mydriasis optometry : in the eyes of any spherical equivalent of -0.5D to -6.00D; emmetropia group: in the eyes of any spherical equivalent of -0.5D to +0.5D;
(3) The best corrected visual acuity in both eyes was greater than or equal to 1.
(4) At any eye in the eyes, the smooth astigmatism is less than 1.5D, and the reverse astigmatism is less than 0.75 D;
(5) The Anisometropia of the eyes is less than 1.00D;
(6) The birth weight is more than 1500 grams;
(7) Normal intraocular pressure, without strabismus, amblyopia, or any other pathological changes of the eyeball;
(8) Diseases that have no influence on visual development or refractive development, such as diabetes and fibrous tissue lesions.

排除标准：

(1).不能配合进行眼科检查；
(2).双眼中任何一眼最佳矫正视力小于1.0者；
(3).根据研究者判断，无法理解或配合此研究程序者；
(4).在此研究开展前30天内参与其它的临床试验或同时参与其他临床试验者。
(5).无法自愿参与本研究或积极性不高；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Eye examination can not be carried out;
(2) At any eye, the best corrected visual acuity was less than 1;
(3) According to the judgment of the researcher, the person who can not understand or cooperate with the research program;
(4) Participating in other clinical trials or participating in other clinical trials within the first 30 days of the study;
(5) Unable to participate in this study voluntarily or not with high enthusiasm.
