研究目的：

基于适用于口腔黏膜癌变的DNA定量分析技术诊断标准，结合流行病学资料、临床损害特征建立OPMD癌变风险评价指标，并以前瞻性试验验证该风险评价指标的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the diagnostic criteria of DNA quantitative analysis technology applicable to oral mucosal carcinogenesis, combined with epidemiological data and clinical damage characteristics, the OPMD cancer risk evaluation index was established, and the effect of the risk evaluation index was verified by prospective trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①临床和病理诊断为红斑、口腔白斑、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔黏膜苔藓样损害及口腔黏膜下纤维性变。
②年龄在18~75周岁。
③能够自愿，如实提供吸烟和饮酒等不良习惯史。
④能够配合细胞刷进行口腔黏膜脱落细胞取样。

Inclusion criteria

1. The clinical and pathological diagnosis was erythema, oral leukoplakia, oral lichen planus, oral lichenoid damage and oral submucosal fibrosis;
2. Aged between 18 and 75 years old;
3. Able to provide a history of bad habits such as smoking and drinking truthfully;
4. Able to cooperate with cell brush to sample exfoliated oral mucosa cells.

排除标准：

①入组筛选时病理诊断已癌变。
②入组后6个月内即发生癌变。
③妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
④其他口腔黏膜病、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The pathological diagnosis was cancer at the time of enrollment;
2. Carcinogenesis occurred within 6 months after enrollment;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with other oral mucosal diseases and mental illnesses.
