研究目的：

分析并比较PWS患儿rhGH治疗前后全脑水平是否存在异常的脑网络结构连接、功能连接及网络拓扑属性，在宏观层面探索PWS可能的发病机制，以期获得能用于能用于疾病早期诊断、病情评估、疗效评价和预后判断等方面的影像学标记和检查技术。  

Objectives of Study：

compare the abnormal structural connectionfunctional connection and network topological properties of the children with PWS with and without rhGH treatmentto explore the pathogenesis of PWS at the macro level，in order to obtain imaging markers and inspection technology or early diagnosis，illness evaluation，disease curative effect evaluation and prognostic judgement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

rhGH宜从小剂量开始，最大剂量不超过0.2 μg/(kg·d)，PWS起始治疗剂量35~50 μg/(kg·d)，治疗剂量为0.10~0.15μg/(kg·d)，疗程不应短于1年。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

rhGH is better to start with the smallest dose and the maximum dose should not exceed 0.2 μg/(kg·d). The initial dose of PWS is 35~50 μg/(kg·d) and the treatment dose of PWS is 0.10~0.15μg/(kg·d)and the course of the treatment should be longer than 1 year. 

纳入标准：

病例组：诊断必须符合PWS的诊断标准。对照组：一般体格检查初步判断生长发育正常范围；Griffiths发育评估量表及韦氏智力量表测试在正常范围内；常规磁共振检查序列筛查无明显器质性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Case group: Diagnosis must meet the diagnostic criteria of PWS.
Control group: A general physical examination is used to preliminarily determine that growth and development are within the normal rangeGriffiths Developmental Assessment Scale and Wechsler Intelligence Scale were within the normal range.
No obvious organic disease was found in Conventional? MR sequence screening.

排除标准：

病例组：经治疗后仍存在睡/眠性呼吸暂停、严重肥胖、糖尿病、肿瘤和精神性疾病。对照组：生长、发育明显落后者，常规磁共振检查序列筛查发现明显器质性疾病。检查中提出不愿意继续参加本研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group: Sleep apnea, severe obesity, diabetes, tumor and mental diseases were still present after treatment.
Normal development group: the obvious laggards with growth and development, obvious organic diseases were found through conventional magnetic resonance examination sequenceSubjects who did not wish to continue in the study during the examination.
