研究目的：

应用并评价海信计算机辅助手术系统在经皮肾镜取石术的三维模型重建、术前规划、术中导航中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To apply and evaluate the Hisense computer-assisted surgery system in three-dimensional model reconstruction, preoperative planning and intraoperative navigation of percutaneous nephrolithotomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）影像学检查确诊的复杂性肾结石患者（复杂性肾结石：直径大于2厘米，多发性肾结石，鹿角形结石等）；
（2）患者全身情况可，可耐受手术；
（3）同意参加本研究,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with complex renal calculi confirmed by imaging examination (complex renal calculi: more than 2 cm in diameter, multiple renal calculi, staghorn calculi,etc.);
(2) The patients' general condition is acceptable and patients can tolerate the operation;
(3) Patients agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 有同侧肾脏手术史者；
（2） 同侧肾内有输尿管支架或肾造瘘管者；
（3） 同侧肾脏有其他病变者；
（4） 有绝对手术禁忌症的患者；
（5） 正参加其它临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)patients with history of operation in ipsilateral kidney;
(2)patients with ureteral stent or nephrostomy tube in ipsilateral kidney;
(3)patients with other disorders in ipsilateral kidney;
(4)patients who have absolute operative contraindications;
(5)Patients participating in other clinical trials.
