研究目的：

1. 主要目的: 描述食管癌患者非手术治疗期间的症状变化趋势。 2. 次要目的: 评估食管癌患者非手术治疗期间的居家症状管理现状。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To describe the trend of symptom changes in patients with esophageal cancer during non-surgical treatment. 2. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the status of symptom management at home in patients with esophageal cancer during non-surgical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理诊断确定为食管癌；
2.首次接受非手术治疗者；
3.年龄≥18岁者；
4.能进行有效沟通，口头或书面表达其感受者；
5.愿意配合本次调查并签订知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Confirmed as esophageal cancer by pathological diagnosis.
2.First time to receive non-surgical treatment;
3.Age >=18 years old;
4.Ability to communicate effectively and express their feelings verbally or in writing;
5.Willing to cooperate with this investigation and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重慢性病患者；
2.严重脏器功能衰竭者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other serious chronic diseases;
2.Severe organ failure.
