研究目的：

1.检测该项目在中国养老机构的可行性。 2.探索该项目对老人的认知功能、怀旧功能、生活质量和精神心理健康的初步影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To examine the feasibility of CORP in nursing homes in China. 2.To evaluate the preliminary effects of the CORP on cognition, reminiscence function, quality of life, and mental health of the older adults in nursing homes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在65岁及以上，健康状况稳定；
(2)能与治疗师进行功能性沟通 (由言语治疗师进行筛选评估，参考中文版的波士顿诊断性失语症测验的失语症严重等级量表，纳入标准为4级及以上)；
(3)无严重认知障碍：蒙特利尔认知评估量表Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)，纳入标准：MoCA得分≥ 10)；
(4)居住在养老院，且在该项目的数据收集阶段结束前未有出院打算 （即在2021年10月前未有出院计划）；
(5）自愿参与本课题研究并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 65 or above and in stable health condition;
(2) Able to functionally communicate with therapists (screened and assessed by speech therapists by referring to the Chinese version of the Aphasia Severity Rating Scale of the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination and those who rated over the scale 4 will be included);
(3) No severe Cognitive impairment: Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA), inclusion criteria: MOCA score ≥ 10);
(4) Reside in a nursing home and have no plans to be discharged before the end of the data collection phase of the project (no plans to be discharged before October 2021);
(5) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）因身体（视、听）或时间安排原因无法参加个人回忆疗法；
（2）诊断有除抑郁、焦虑外的其他精神障碍；
（3）在参加治疗期间接受其他心理治疗干预或接受精神疾病药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unable to participate in reminiscence therapy due to physical (visual, auditory) or scheduling factors;
(2) Diagnosed with other mental disorders other than depression and anxiety;
(3) Receive other psychotherapeutic interventions or medication for mental disorders during the course of the experiment.

该研究项目将面向的四家养老院进行参与者的招募，每家养老院的目标样本量为15人。研究团队将在每家养老院内使用让参与者抽信封的方式进行简单随机分配，将参与者分为干预组和等待组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants will be recruited from four nursing homes, with a target sample size of 15 per nursing home. The research team will use the simple random assignment method to assign participants in each nursing home to intervention and waiting group by requesting them to draw envelopes.
