Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in treating pediatric hepatoblastoma

纳入标准：

初诊不可切除肝母细胞瘤（PRETEXT III期及IV期），初诊时无转移。

Inclusion criteria

Un-resectionable hepatoblastoma which were classified by PRETEXT system as stage III and IV, and no metastasis
at the primary administration.

排除标准：

初诊可切除肝母细胞瘤（PRETEXT I期及II期）

Exclusion criteria：

Allegery to Iodine contrast agent
