研究目的：

评价大黄、黄连、干姜三味中药对腹膜透析患者肠道功能的影响并进一步阐释其调节肠道菌群及其代谢产物的机制，为中医临床防治腹膜透析并发症提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to evaluate the combined effect of rhubarb, Coptis chinensis and dried ginger on regulating gastrointestinal function with peritoneal dialysis patients, and give further explanation of intestinal flora and its metabolites.We hope to provide an evidence of Chinese medicine on prevention and cure complication with peritoneal dialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①慢性肾功能衰竭（尿毒症），已经进入维持性腹膜透析2月以上。
②年龄18-80岁之间。
③近3个月未服用过激素类、调节肠道菌群及抗生素类的药物。

Inclusion criteria

1. Chronic renal failure (Uremia Stage), had already maintained peritoneal dialysis for more than 2 months;
2. Aged between 18-80 years old;
3. No hormone, antibiotics nor any drugs of regulating intestinal flora have been taken for the past three months.

排除标准：

①合并急性并发症，例如急性心衰、感染（肺部感染、肠道感染、尿路感染、腹膜炎）等。
②合并严重肠道疾病，例如肠易激综合征、溃疡性结肠炎、消化道出血等。
③孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Occur acute complications, such as acute heart failure, infections (pulmonary infection, intestinal infection, urinary tract infection, peritonitis), etc.;
2. Occur Severe intestinal diseases, such as irritable bowel syndrome, colitis gravis, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, etc.;
3. Pregnant and lactating women.
