研究目的：

目的:观察小针刀联合中药二妙丸治疗肾虚湿热强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法：随机的将患肾虚湿热AS的60例患者分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。对照组予以二妙丸加减方口服治疗，治疗组予以二妙丸加减+小针刀闭合松解术治疗，两组均以6个月为治疗疗程。结果：治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异（P<0.05）结论：针刀联合中药二妙丸加减方的治疗方法，是对肾虚湿热型AS患者有显著疗效的一种治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with Chinese herbal medicine two Miao pill on treating kidney deficiency and damp-heat ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods: 60 patients with kidney deficiency and damp-heat as were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with two fine pill plus subtraction oral treatment, and the treatment group was treated with two wonderful pills plus subtraction and small needle knife closed loose solution, both groups were treated with 6 months. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the two groups were significantly different (P05) Conclusion: needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine two Miao pill plus subtraction therapy, is a treatment of kidney deficiency and damp-heat as patients have a significant therapeutic effect.

纳入标准：

①诊断标准参照（1984年）AS纽约修订标准
②符合中医湿热浸淫型的症状特点。
③年龄15～46岁者。
④了解并能接受小针刀治疗，知情同意并签字者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnostic Criteria refer to (1984) as New York Revised standard;
2. in accordance with the symptoms of hot-humid Chinese medicine;
3. aged 15~46 years;
4. understands and can accept small needle knife treatment, informed consent and signature.

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准的患者；
②妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
③心脑，肝肾功能障碍等全身多系统严重损伤的患者。
④有出血倾向的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. pregnancy, breastfeeding women;
3. heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, and other systemic severe injury patients;
4. patients with bleeding tendencies.
