研究目的：

1.探讨大黄灌肠对急性胰腺炎患者Th17细胞和全身炎症反应的治疗作用 2.为如何有效的调节过度的炎症反应和免疫细胞从而实现改善患者临床治疗效果和结局这个临床问题提供更多的研究资料  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the therapeutic effect of rhubarb enema on Th17 cells and systemic inflammatory response in patients with acute pancreatitis 2. Provide more research data for the clinical problem of how to effectively regulate excessive inflammation and immune cells to improve the clinical treatment effect and outcome of patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.1于重庆医科大学附属第一医院ICU（重症监护室）住院治疗的急性胰腺炎患者。
1.2急性胰腺炎的诊断根据2012年亚特兰大修订版诊断标准：（1）急性发作且向腰背部放射的胰源性疼痛； （2）血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶水平比正常水平升高3倍以上； （3）符合急性胰腺炎的影像学检查。符合诊断的患者至少包括上述两个以上特征。
1.3 患者自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.1 Patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
1.2 The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is based on the 2012 Atlanta revised diagnostic criteria: (1) Pancreatic pain that is acute and radiates to the lower back; (2) Serum amylase and lipase levels are more than 3 times higher than normal levels; (3) In line with the imaging examination of acute pancreatitis. Patients who meet the diagnosis include at least two of the above characteristics.
1.3 The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

2.1 患者不同意签署知情同意书
2.2 年龄<18岁或> 80岁
2.3入院三天后进行的任何手术
2.4既往或目前使用免疫抑制剂
2.5先天免疫功能受损
2.6有肿瘤或慢性肺病、肾病或心血管疾病的病史
2.7胆源性胰腺炎，创伤性胰腺炎或慢性胰腺炎
2.8 妊娠或哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

2.1 The patient did not agree to sign the informed consent form
2.2 Age <18 years old or> 80 years old
2.3 Any surgery performed three days after admission
2.4 Past or current use of immunosuppressive agents
2.5 Impaired innate immune function
2.6 History of tumor or chronic lung disease, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease
2.7 Biliary pancreatitis, traumatic pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis
2.8 Pregnant or lactating women
