采用组学技术，验证青年健康人群机体状态的季节节律性变化趋势，为“因时制宜”提供系统生物学支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the seasonal rhymic changes in the young healthy subjects by using multi-omics and provide the systematic biologic basis for "treat according to the time" in the traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①入组体检健康（血尿便常规、肝肾功+血脂、胸片、心电图、腹部超声、血压未发现异常），且未诉明显不适者；
②18岁≤年龄≤35岁；
③18.5≤BMI≤23.9；
④同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. There was no abnormal indexes in the physical examination and no uncomforts;
2. Aged 18 to 35 years;
3. BMI 18.5 to 23.9;
4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并有严重精神、心理疾病者；
②妊娠或哺乳期；
③酒精或药物滥用史；
④正在参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe mental or psychological diseases;
2. In the pregnancy or lactation;
3. History of alcohol or drug abuse;
4. Participating in other clinical researches.
