研究目的：

探索一种新的入路的腹横筋膜阻滞技术。为开腹结直肠手术围术期镇痛提供新的理论指导，为临床麻醉中优化神经阻滞技术，减少神经阻滞相关并发症提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a new access technique for transverse abdominal fascial block. To provide new theoretical guidance for perioperative analgesia in open colorectal surgery, and to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing nerve block techniques and reducing nerve block-related complications in clinical anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄18-70岁；(2) ASA I-II级；(3) 腹部正中切口的结直肠手术

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 18-70 years ;(2) ASA I-II ;(3) colorectal surgery with a median abdominal incision.

排除标准：

(1)由于各种原因不能进行神经阻滞；(2)慢性疼痛；(3)长期使用阿片类药物(4)认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) inability to perform nerve blocks for various reasons;(2) chronic pain;(3) long-term opioid use (4) cognitive dysfunction.
