Objectives of Study：

Comparison of Myofascial Trigger Points Acupuncture and Conventional Physical Therapies for Acute Ankle Sprain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①有明确急性扭伤史（3天以内），造成踝部肿胀、疼痛及功能活动障碍等；②X线检查排除踝关节骨折或腓骨下关节半脱位、全脱位等；③踝关节MRI证实损伤程度为I度或II度，无开放性损伤；④依从性好，愿意完成诊疗；⑤近期未服用激素类药物，无手术史；⑥疼痛度视觉模拟评分（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）> 0分；⑦愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. a clear history of acute sprain (within 3 days), resulting in ankle swelling, pain and dysfunction of movement;
2. X-ray examination to exclude ankle fracture or fibula subluxation, dislocation, etc.;
3. ankle Joint MRI confirmed the degree of injury was I degree or II degree, no open injury;
4. good compliance, willing to complete the diagnosis and treatment;
5. not taking hormone drugs, no history of surgery;
6. pain visual acuity score (Visual Analogue Scale )> 0 points;
7. willing to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

骨折或踝关节脱位； 踝内、外侧韧带断裂;不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Fracture or ankle dislocation; ankle, lateral ligament rupture; can not cooperate with the treatment.
