研究目的：

（1）为OVCF的早期预防提供较完善的治疗思路； （2）认识并发现PMOP的主要中医体质； （3）为不同体质的PMOP提供个体化方案； （4）中医综合疗法对于预防OVCF的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) provide better treatment ideas for early prevention of OVCF; (2) to recognize and find the main TCM constitution of PMOP; (3) provide individualized solutions for PMOP of different physique; (4) comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention of OVCF clinical value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）与骨质疏松的诊断标准相符。
（2）自然绝经两年以上女性；
（3）填写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) consistent with the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis;
(2) natural postmenopausal women for more than two years;
(3) fill in the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）人工绝经患者。
（2）排除甲旁亢、cushing 综合征等疾病、长期服用类固醇激素等药物、长期慢性消化道疾病、胃肠手术等造成营养吸收障碍等因素所引起的继发性骨质疏松。
（3）精神障碍或其它原因不能准确回答问题者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) postmenopausal patients;
(2) out of a port, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases, such as long-term use of steroid hormone drugs, long-term chronic digestive diseases, gastrointestinal surgery such as nutrient absorption obstacle caused by the factors such as secondary osteoporosis;
(3) mental disorders or other causes cannot accurately answer the question.
