研究目的：

研究旨在观察2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清中Semaphorin3G的水平，分析其与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study was to explore serum levels of Semaphorin3G in diabetic retinopathy patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康体检者，2型糖尿病患者，2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者2型糖尿病患者符合世界卫生组织（WHO）糖尿病专家委员会制订的糖尿病诊断标准
2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者入院后通过散瞳后眼底血管造影（FFA）检查，符合中华医学会眼科学会全国统一的糖尿病视网膜病的诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

healthy person Type 2 diabetes diagnoses according to the World Health Organization diagnostic criteria. DPN diagnoses according to Diabetes Care diagnostic criteria, including the nerve conduction(NC) tests abnormalities, neuropathy symptoms, signs.

排除标准：

1）1型糖尿病
2）青光眼、严重的视力下降或双眼具有严重感染者
3）存在严重的晶状体不透明或玻璃体出血，如白内障
4）接受过抗血管生成药物如贝伐单抗，兰尼单抗等治疗
5）接受过玻璃体切除术
6）患有不受控制的高血压（HTN）的患者
7）具有全身感染，肿瘤病史，严重的心脑血管疾病，风湿性心脏病，慢性阻塞性肺病和自身免疫性疾病的患者，包括类风湿性关节炎或系统性红斑狼疮的患者
8）严重的肝肾功能不全
9）腹膜透析或血液透析患者
10）患有乙肝、丙肝、AIDS等传染病
11）妊娠糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes;
2. glaucoma, severe vision loss or severe infection in both eyes;
3. There is a serious lens opacity or vitreous hemorrhage, such as cataracts;
4. have received anti-angiogenic drugs such as bevacizumab, ranibizumab and other treatment;
5. have undergone vitrectomy;
6. Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (HTN);
7. Patients with systemic infection, a history of cancer, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and autoimmune diseases, including patients with rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus;
8. severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
9. peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis patients;
10. suffering from hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS and other infectious diseases;
11. Gestational diabetes or diabetes with pregnancy.
