通过对入选病人的骨髓造血细胞凋亡、分化等生物学特性的研究,探索ROBO基因突变与MDS凋亡状态及转变对疾病进展的影响,通过RT-PCR、高通量测序等手段,了解ROBO基因突变在MDS病人中的分布情况,结合病人的IPSS评分及预后进行生存分析,推测ROBO基因与疾病的预后的关系。同时,对ROBO基因下游作用因子CDC42/PAK1的表达的检测,探究ROBO参与MDS发病机制的研究 |

Objectives of Study: |
Base on the apoptosis, differentiation and other biological characteristics s of hematopoietic cells of the selected patients. Explore the relationship of ROBO gene mutations and MDS cells apoptosis and disease progression by RT-PCR, high-throughput sequencing and other means to understand thedistribution of ROBO gene mutations in MDS patients, combined with the patient's IPSS score and prognosis of survival analysis, infer the relationship between ROBO gene and the prognosis of the disease. At the same time, we detected the expression of CDC42 / PAK1, a downstream factor of ROBO gene, to explored the involvement of ROBO in the pathogenesis of MDS. |

纳入标准: |
① WHO (version。2008)诊断标准诊断的初发未治MDS病人;已经排除血液系统疾病但需骨髓穿刺术辅助疾病诊断的病人(无血液系统异常但需要进行骨髓穿刺排除其他病因的,或存在1系或2系血象异常但排除血液系统原发疾病的病人),作为对照组病人; |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Patients with previously untreated MDS diagnosed by the diagnostic criteria of WHO (version 2008); patients who have been excluded for hematologic disease but who need bone marrow puncture to assist in the diagnosis of the disease (no blood system abnormalities but need for bone marrow aspiration to exclude other causes or there 1 or 2 lineage of blood abnormalities but exclude the primary disease of the blood system of patients), as the control group of patients; |
