明确以咬合为导向的颌骨重建效果是否优于传统颌骨重建方法  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether occlusion-driven jaw reconstruction is better than traditional jaw reconstruction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）因既往手术、外伤等造成颌骨缺损的患者，或因肿瘤手术切除将造成颌骨缺损的患者；
（2）愿意接受数字化设计；
（3）全身情况能够耐受手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with jaw defect caused by previous operation or trauma, or patients with jaw defect caused by tumor resection;
(2) Willing to accept virtual surgical planning;
(3) The general condition can tolerate the operation.

排除标准：

（1）高度恶性肿瘤或者预后差的患者；
（2）术前或术后接受放疗或者化疗患者；
（3）年龄小于20岁或大于70岁。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with highly malignant tumors or poor prognosis;
(2) Patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy before or after operation;
(3) The age is less than 20 years old or more than 70 years old.
