研究目的：

观察针刺五心穴对卒中后睡眠障碍（失眠）患者的睡眠质量、焦虑状态、日常生活能力及神经功能缺损程度的影响，旨在提高针刺的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of acupoints on the daily life ability and the degree of neurologic impairment in the sleep quality anxiety of patients with post-stroke sleep disorder (insomnia), and to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合西医脑梗死、脑出血，中医中风中经络的诊断标准，神志清楚，生命体征平稳，表达能力及理解力无障碍，能配合完成量表调查；
②首次发病,病程≥15天，≤6个月；
③年龄在25-75岁；
④未服用镇静安神类药物或服用镇静安神类药物已停药至少大于等于1周；
⑤知情同意并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. In accordance with western medicine diagnosis of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the meridians in TCM, clear conciousness, stable life signs, no disturbtances in the expression ability and understanding and cooperation to complete the scale investigation;
2. First onset, course of diseases more than 15 days and less than 6 months;
3. Aged 25 to 75;
4. No sedatives or tranquilizers have been prescribed for at least 1 week;
5. Get informed and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有严重心、脑、肾、肝脏疾病患者；
②合并有抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾病患者；
③继发性失眠患者，如中风导致睡眠障碍由疼痛、发热、咳嗽、等因素引起的；
④年龄小于25岁或大于75岁者；
⑤病程少于15天或近１月内使用过大剂量镇静催眠药者
⑥妊娠及哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe diseases in the heart, cerebral brain, kidney and liver;
2. Patients with severe mental illness such as depression and schizophrenia;
3. Secondary insomniacs, such as sleep disturbances caused by stroke or pain,fever,cough,etc.
4. Patients younger than 25 years old or older than 75;
5. The course of diseases less than 15 days or within 1 month overdosing sedative medicines.

采用随机数字编秩法。在正式试验前采用SPSS 11.5软件将144个数字随机分为A、B、C三组，即A（“五心穴”针刺组）、B（常规针刺组）、C(舒乐安定组)，产生的随机序列及分组信息由项目组负责人进行保存并保密。
