研究目的：

研究中医补肾法对重复超促排卵（COS）患者卵泡液、颗粒细胞氧化应激及颗粒细胞线粒体功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of kidney-invigorating treatment on the follicular fluid, granulosa cells oxidative stress and mitochondrial function of repeated controlled ovary stimulation(COS) patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）不孕症女性；（2）符合中医肾虚证诊断标准；（3）年龄≤35岁；（4）月经规律（周期25-35天）；（5）基础FSH<10miu/ml，基础FSH/LH<3.6；（6）重复COS次数为3-5次，对照组为首次COS；（7）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Infertility women;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency syndrome;
(3) Aged 35 years old or less;
(4) Regular menstruation (25-35 days);
(5) Basic FSH< 10miu/ml, basic FSH/LH< 3.6;
(6) The COS frequency was 3-5 times and the control group was the first COS;
(7) Signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）子宫不具备妊娠功能或严重躯体疾病不能承受妊娠、患有严重的精神疾患、泌尿生殖系统感染、性传播疾病、具有吸毒等严重不良嗜好、接触致畸量的射线或毒物并处于作用期；（2）子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、结核、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜病变；（3）多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢囊肿、输卵管积水；（4）不符合纳入标准，未按规定用药等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Uterus does not have function of pregnancy or serious body disease cannot bear, suffering from severe mental disorders, pregnancy infections, sexually transmitted disease, genitourinary system, has the serious bad habits such as drug abuse, the amount of contact with birth defects rays, or poison and is in effect;
(2) Endometriosis, uterine fibroids, tuberculosis, intrauterine adhesions, endometrial lesions;
(3) Polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian cyst, fallopian tube water;
(4) Not conforming to the inclusion criteria, can't take medicine as prescribed, etc.
