研究目的：

评估保留耻骨后间隙的机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术在治疗局限性前列腺癌中的应用价值；研究保留耻骨后间隙的机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术在控制肿瘤及保留正常功能方面的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of Retzius-sparing robotic assisted prostatectomy in the treatment of localized prostate cancer. To investigate the effect of Retzius-sparing robotic assisted prostatectomy in tumor control and function preservation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁且≤75岁的男性。（2）经组织学或细胞学新确诊为前列腺癌。（3）东部肿瘤协作组（ECOG）体能状态评分≤1级，预期寿命>10年。（4）自愿加入本临床研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Males aged 18 to 75 years;
(2) patients who have been diagnosed as prostate cancer;
(3) ECOG score ≤1; Expected lifetime >10 yrs;
(4) patients who are voluntary to join in the trial.

排除标准：

（1）前列腺病理学结果为神经内分泌前列腺癌，包括小细胞癌。（2）伴有明确影像学证据的骨转移或内脏转移的前列腺癌患者（骨扫描、MRI、盆腔CT平扫+增强、PET-CT等）。（3）术前评估明确为极高危前列腺癌患者。（4）术前B超评估前列腺体积较大的患者（前列腺体积≥100ml）（5）有精神疾病，与医护人员沟通有障碍。（6）既往有盆腔放疗或手术治疗病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Neuroendocrine prostate cancer including small cell carcinoma;
(2) metastastic prostate cancer;
(3) very high prostate cancer;
(4) patients with prostate volume more than 100 ml;
(5) patients with mental illness;
(6) patients who have undergone pelvic radiotherapy or surgery.
