研究目的：

运用功能磁共振成像技术观察电针治疗下腰痛的脑功能激活区域、负激活区域及其前后静息态的全脑网络变化特点，间接评价临床治疗疗效，揭示临床针灸治疗的作用原理。  

Objectives of Study：

We used the functional magnetic resonance imaging to observe the activative areasinhibitive areas and whole brain network changes before and after the resting state with the patients of low back pain which treatmented by acupuncture.We wanted to evaluate the clinical curative effect and also to reveal the principle of clinical acupuncture treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）正常组:
1.健康的志愿者，既往无心、肝、肺、肾脏等重要脏器疾病史，无颅内肿瘤及其他颅脑疾患，无精神病史。
2.右手利，母语为汉语。
3.年龄18-50岁， 20人。
（2）治疗组:
1.符合国家中医药管理局关于腰椎间盘诊断及疗效评价标准，根据病史及症状和影像（CT或MRI证实为L4-5椎间盘突出压迫神经根所致）明确诊断为腰腿疼患者。
2.年龄18-50岁，针灸治疗组及卧床治疗组各20人。
3.右利手，母语为汉语。

Inclusion criteria

1. The control group:
(1) healthy volunteers, no history of liver, lung, kidney and other important organ disease , no intracranial tumors and other brain disorders, no history of mental illness;
(2) right-handedness; native language for the Chinese;
(3) aged 18-50 years; 20 people;
1. treatment group:
(1) Conform to the diagnosis and efficacy of lumbar discs evaluation criteria of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine , according to history and symptoms and imaging (CT or MRI confirmed that L4-5 disc herniation caused by nerve root) was diagnosed as lumbar and leg pain patients.
(2) aged 18-50 years old, acupuncture treatment group with 20 people, and bed rest group with 20 people;
(3) right-handedness; native language for the Chinese.

排除标准：

1.有MRI检查禁忌症者。
2.合并严重心、肝、肾、脑血管疾病。
3.久病体弱、严重神经官能症、精神疾病患者。
4.无腰腿痛表现的腰椎间盘突出症患者或其他疾病引起疼痛者。
5.白血病、血小板减少等有出血倾向者 。
6.同时配合其他治疗者。
7.不能配合治疗、依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MRI examination contraindications;
2. With severe heart, liver, kidney disease, cerebrovascular disease;
3. valetudinarianism, severe neurosis, mental illness patients;
4. no lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation or other diseases caused by pain;
5. leukemia, thrombocytopenia with bleeding tendency;
6. with other treatment at the same time;
7. one can't cooperate or poor compliance.
