研究目的：

1.了解不同方式沐浴对（襁褓浴与裸浴、盆浴与淋浴）对新生儿生理指标和行为状态的影响； 2.探索新生儿最佳沐浴方式，减少新生儿压力和不适感，促进新生儿生长发育。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To understand the effects of different bathing methods (swaddling bath and naked bath, tub bath and shower) on physiological indexes and behavioral states of neonates; 2.Explore the best bathing method for newborns, reduce the pressure and discomfort of newborns and promote the growth and development of newborns.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胎龄≥28 周，出生体重＞1500g 的早产儿或足月新生儿；
2.出生 1min Apgar 评分≥8 分，无出生窒息史；
3.出生超过 24 小时；
4.沐浴前 1-3 小时有喂养行为；
5.操作前未接受镇痛镇静治疗；
6.生命体征平稳；
7.家长充分理解并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Preterm infants or full-term newborns with gestational age ≥28 weeks and birth weight > 1500g;
2.Apgar score ≥8 1min after birth, no history of birth asphyxia;
3.More than 24 hours old;
4.Feeding behavior 1-3 hours before bath;
5.No analgesic and sedative treatment was received before operation;
6.Stable vital signs;
7.Parents fully understand and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.病情危重，不能沐浴或影响评分的新生儿；
2.沐浴前不明原因的哭闹。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Newborns who are in critical condition and cannot bathe or affect their scores;
2.Unexplained crying before bathing.

研究者将纳入研究的足月新生儿和早产儿随机编码后以电脑随机分配的方式纳入襁褓浴组 和传统裸浴组（简称襁褓组和裸浴组）。襁褓浴组又分为襁褓盆浴和襁褓淋浴，裸浴组又 分为裸浴盆浴和裸浴淋浴。均严格按照随机对照的方式进行分组
