研究目的：

对前列腺癌样本进行靶向测序及PCR分析，获取亚洲人群前列腺癌病例的分子特征，并对目标基因KMT2D进行免疫组化检测，探索同预后的关系，并利用细胞及动物实验研究基因的功能并探索致病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To acquire the molecular characteristic of Asian prostate cancer patients by target gene sequencing and qRT-PCR. In addition, analysis the expression level of target gene KMT2D in cancer and non-cancer tissue, and explore the relationship between expression level and disease outcome. Moreover, identify the mechanism of target gene KMT2D through cell and animal experiments.

纳入标准：

患者经病理学诊断确诊为前列腺癌，患者既往未经过其他治疗,临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients have been histologically confirmed as PCa by pathologists;
2. Cases received no prostate cancer relevant therapy;
3. Cases with complete clinical information.

排除标准：

所有前列腺癌患者术后定期经门诊或电话随访，排除经三次无法联系的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients cannot complete the follow-up
