研究目的：

比较不同冲洗技术应用于临床慢性根尖周炎去除和杀灭细菌的效果； 通过去除氢氧化钙实验探索根管充填前最佳冲洗策略； 评价 2 种新型激光活化冲洗的安全性， 为进一步的研究和临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the bactericidal effects of different irrigation techniques on chronic periapical periodontitis. 2.To explore the optimal flushing strategy before root canal filling via removing calcium hydroxide experiment. 3.To evaluate the safety of the two new laser-activated rinsing to provide basis for further research and clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-65岁；
根尖孔闭合的慢性根尖周炎患者；
性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old.
2. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis with closed apical foramen.
3. No gender limitation.

排除标准：

根尖孔发育不完全或根尖孔直径>2mm；
根尖囊肿；
激光过敏，或者不配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete apical foramen development or apical foramen diameter > 2 mm;
2. Patients with apical cyst;
3. Patients with laser allergy or non cooperation.
