研究目的：

本项目拟采用真实世界研究中的回顾性以及前瞻性队列研究，纳入因盆腔脏器脱垂进行手术的患者作为研究对象，确定研究变量为因盆腔脏器脱垂入院手术的病人采用自体组织修补顶端悬吊和人工网片盆底重建两种术式的比较，采用电子信息技术和人工病历相结合的方式提取患者术前术后的数据资料，包括人口学信息、诊断、症状量表、手术方式、手术时间、出血量、住院时间、术后恢复情况、费用成本等进行数据整理完善，完善术后随访信息（包括症状改善程度及不良事件），集成数据后形成我们的研究数据库，进一步数据清理，清除主要研究变量信息不全的数据，对收集数据进行统计分析，在数据分析阶段，采用倾向评分等进行混杂因素控制，并进行结果判读和解释分析，得出真实世界证据，最终结合临床实际，提出基于真实世界证据对女性盆腔脏器脱垂两种手术治疗方式选择的指导意见，以及为后续开展确证性实效性随机对照试验提供研究基础。该研究的创新点在于首次使用真实世界研究得到女性盆腔脏器脱垂两种手术治疗方式的真实世界证据，用以指导临床工作，造福广大女性患者。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to use retrospective and prospective cohort studies from real world studies to include patients undergoing surgery for pelvic organ prolapse as the study subjects, and determine the study variable as the comparison of two surgical procedures for patients admitted for pelvic organ prolapse: autogenous tissue repair with apical suspension and artificial mesh pelvic floor reconstruction.Using electronic information technology and artificial records a combination of preoperative patients with postoperative data extracted data, including demographic information, diagnosis, symptoms scale, operation method, operation time, blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative recovery, costs and other data sorting is perfect, perfect postoperative follow-up information (including improved symptoms and adverse events),Integrated data forms after our research database, further data cleansing, remove the main research variable information is not complete, to collect data for statistical analysis of the data analysis stage, use the control the confounding factors, such as propensity score and to analyze the results interpretation and explanation, it is concluded that the real world evidence, eventually combined with clinical practice,To provide guidance on the selection of two surgical treatment methods for female pelvic organ prolapse based on real world evidence, and to provide a research basis for follow-up randomized controlled trials of confirmed effectiveness.The innovation of this study is that it is the first real world study to obtain real world evidence of two surgical treatments for female pelvic organ prolapse to guide clinical work and benefit women patients.

纳入标准：

1、生育后女性且无再生育要求；2、POP-Q评分II°以上；3、有明显临床症状；4、非手术治疗失败

Inclusion criteria

1. Women after childbirth and no re-childbirth requirements; 2. POP-Q score above II °; 3. Obvious clinical symptoms; 4. Non-operative treatment failure

排除标准：

1、严重的内外科合并症不能耐受手术者；2、恶性肿瘤治疗期；3、炎症急性期；4、有再生育要求

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with severe internal and surgical complications who cannot tolerate surgery;2. Under malignant tumor treatment stage;3. Acute stage of inflammation;4, There are fertility requirements
