Objectives of Study：

To comparatively assess incidence of thermal esophageal injury post pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) with or without contact force (CF) sensing guidance.

纳入标准：

有症状且药物治疗无效的房颤患者

Inclusion criteria

symptomatic, drug refractory AF

排除标准：

左房血栓、感染急性期、未控制的心力衰竭、急性心梗患者

Exclusion criteria：

Left atrial thrombus, acute infection, uncontrolled heart failure, acute myocardial infarction
