研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是为了探索AMD是否与Tie2+巨噬细胞及其相关因子有关，是否存在可预测预后的相关因子，为未来的AMD患者诊疗提供理论依据及积累新的知识。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore relationships between AMD and Tie2+ macrophages/its related cell factors. And find the predictable factors related to AMD. Therefore, we could provide theoretical basis and new knowledge accumulation in diagnosis and treatment pathways for AMD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为年龄相关性黄斑变性患者；2.男女不限，性别不限，年龄不限；3.签署了一份患者授权书，允许使用和披露个人健康信息（或知情同意书，如适用） 。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed of AMD male or female;
2. Signed a patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information (or informed consent, where applicable).

排除标准：

1.眼前节的炎症，如活动性结膜炎、角膜炎、葡萄膜炎等；
2.AMD 以外的眼底病变，如黄斑裂孔、黄斑水肿、高度近视、视网膜血管阻塞、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变等眼底疾病；
3.全身疾病糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、阿兹海默病、脑卒中以及自身免疫系统疾病等器质性疾病；
4.其他原因的无法完成相关检查和研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the inflammation of anterior sgement;
2. fundus lesions in addition to AMD;
3. systemic diseases, such as diabetes, malignant tumor, alzheimer's disease, stroke, and autoimmune diseases;
4. Patients for other reasons can not complete the test
