观察全麻复合神经阻滞前提下不同的麻醉深度对老年人下肢手术术后认知功能及苏醒质量的影响，探寻适合老年人手术的理想麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of general anesthesia on the postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients with nerve block combined with different depth of anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA I-II 级、BMI 18～25kg/m2、术前MoCA 量表评分大于23 分、年龄≧65 岁

Inclusion criteria

ASA I-II patients aged more than 65 years,with BMI 18-25kg/m2 and MoCA>23 points

排除标准：

排除有糖尿病，心脑血管疾患，严重肝肾功能不全，有镇静及镇痛药物服用史、抑郁症及其他精神神经功能障碍和神经阻滞失败及随访困难的患者

Exclusion criteria：

significant cardiac-cerebral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus,neurological or psychiatric illness, hepatic and/or kidney dysfunction, patients on analgesics or antidepressants, inability to comply with the study protocol or procedures, difficulty to follow-up after hospital discharge.
