研究目的：

依据“经络对电偶极场反应”假说，使用AcuMedical Inc.公司研发的经络系统数字量化设备，探索穴位的物理特性在不同生理/病理及针灸干预后的变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the hypothesis of "Impact of Meridian System on Distribution of Electrical Dipole Field", using the meridian system quantification medical device developed by AcuMedical Inc., explore the physical characteristics of acupoints changes related to physiological/pathological and acupuncture intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

原发性痛经组纳入标准:①符合原发性痛经的诊断标准②在校女学生（年龄18～30岁）③月经周期规律,为(28±3)天④接受本试验前2周内未服用止痛药、镇静药及激素类药物⑤受试者均签署知情同意书
对照组纳入标准:①无痛经症状②在校女学生（年龄18～30岁）③月经周期规律,为(28±3)天④接受本试验前2周内未服用止痛药、镇静药及激素类药物⑤受试者均签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Primary dysmenorrhea group inclusion criteria:
1. meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea;
2. female college students age between 18 and 30 years old;
3. with regular menstrual cycle, (28 +/- 3) days;
4. do not take analgesics, sedatives and hormonal medications within 2 weeks of the test;
5. all subjects have signed informed consent forms.
Control group inclusion criteria:
1. no symptoms of dysmenorrhea;
2. female college students age between 18 and 30 years old;
3. with regular menstrual cycle of (28 ± 3) days;
4. do not take analgesics, sedatives and hormonal medications within 2 weeks of the test;
5. test starts on the twenty-eighth day of menstruation;
6. all subjects have signed informed consent forms.

排除标准：

①继发性痛经者②年龄在≤18岁，≥30岁③月经周期不规律者④妊娠者⑤合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者,不适宜于针灸的其他疾病患者⑥所测腧穴皮肤处有瘢痕或溃疡不适合进行电信号采集

Exclusion criteria：

1. secondary dysmenorrhea;
2. irregular menstrual cycle;
3. pregnancy;
4. combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental illness, patients with other diseases and is not suitable for acupuncture;
5. there is scar or ulcer on the skin of the acupoints, which is not suitable for electrical signal acquisition.
