研究目的：

本研究选择针刺迷走神经耳支这一方案，明确迷走神经对抑郁症躯体症状及炎症指标的影响，从而进一步夯实针灸抗抑郁的理论基础，并为临床治疗抑郁方案的建立提供新的思路和手段。  

Objectives of Study：

This study choose auricular acupuncture based on auricular branch of vagal nerve to clear the effect of vagus nerve on depression patients' body symptoms and serum inflammation markers.By this way,we want to consolidate the basic theory of acupuncture and moxibustion in antidepression and provide new ideas for treating depression .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者已经签署知情同意书
2.符合《国际疾病分类与诊断标准》中抑郁发作的诊断标准，双向抑郁除外
3. HAMD量表17项得分17分以上
4.性别不限，年龄在18周岁以上，60周岁以下
5.根据医生判断，患者的文化程度能完成阅读和填写相关量表的任务
6.患者能够接受规范药物治疗

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient has signed informed consent;
2. Reach diagnosis of depressive episodes in the international classification and diagnostic criteria, except the bipolar disorder;
3. The HAMD scale scored 17 points;
4. Gender no limit, age between 18 and 60 years old;
5. According to the doctor's judgment, the patient's cultural level can complete the tasks of reading and filling the relevant scale;
6. Patients can receive standardized drug therapy.

排除标准：

1.本研究开始前4周内参加过其它临床实验者
2. 正在服用抗抑郁药物或抗抑郁药物药理作用未过洗脱期的患者
3. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女
4. 有严重的其它系统疾病需要治疗者
5. 脑部疾病患者
6. 有自杀计划或行为者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participated in other clinical subjects within 4 weeks prior to the start of this study;
2. Patients who are taking anti-depressants or antidepressant medications have not been eluded;
3. Pregnant women and lactating women;
4. Patients with other serious systemic diseases that required treatment;
5. Patients with brain diseases;
6. Having suicide thoughts or behaviors.
