研究目的：

比较正念减压疗法、穴位按摩及两者联合疗法对乳腺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量、癌因性疲乏、焦虑、抑郁的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR), acupressure, and the combination of the two therapies on sleep quality, cancer-related fatigue, anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在2019年7月-2021年1月期间，选择符合纳入与排出标准的147名住院乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象，采用随机法将研究对象随机分为4组，分别为对照组（34例）、正念减压组（38例）、穴位按摩组（36例）及两者联合组（39例）。对照组接受常规护理，正念减压组在常规护理的基础上接受为期8周的正念减压疗法，穴位按摩组在常规护理的基础上接受为期8周的穴位按摩疗法，联合组在常规护理的基础上接受为期8周的正念减压疗法和穴位按摩疗法。于干预前、干预第4周结束后、干预第8周结束后分别测量患者睡眠质量、癌因性疲乏、焦虑、抑郁。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

From July 2019 to January 2021, 147 inpatients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the participants. Participants were randomly divided into 4 groups by random method: control group (n=34), MBSR group (m=38), acupressure group (n=36), and combined group (n=39). The control group received routine care, the MBSR group received MBSR for 8 weeks in addition to routine care, the acupressure group received acupressure for 8 weeks in addition toroutine care, and the combined group received MBSR and acupressure for 8 weeks in addition to routine care. Sleep quality, cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, and depression were measured before intervention, at the end of the 4th week, and at the end of the 8th week. 

纳入标准：

1.根据病理和/或细胞学和影像学可以明确诊断的乳腺癌化疗患者；
2.年龄≥18周岁；
3.知晓自己的疾病诊断、病情及治疗；
4.患者有完整的语言表达能力和理解力；
5.在知情同意的原则下自愿参与本研究者；
6.PSQI＞7且腕动计指标睡眠效率＜85%患者；
7.未进行去势治疗（去势治疗又名雄激素阻断疗法）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with breast cancer diagnosed according to pathology and / or cytology and imaging can be diagnosed;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. Know your own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment;
4. Patients have complete language expression and understanding;
5. Those who voluntarily participated in this study under the principle of informed consent;
6. Patients with PSQI > 7 and carpometer index sleep efficiency < 85%;
7. Not receiving castration therapy (castration therapy, also known as androgen blocking therapy).

排除标准：

1.本病初诊第一次入院；
2.合并有重要脏器功能障碍疾病、神经系统疾病等；
3.服用助眠药物等；
4.曾接受过其他心理干预的患者，如放松疗法、认知干预等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The first admission of the disease;
2. Combined with important organ dysfunction diseases, nervous system diseases and so on;
3. Take sleeping pills, etc;
4. Patients who have received other psychological interventions, such as relaxation therapy, cognitive intervention, etc.
